If you have a merchant/sellers account with Paypal you log in and click on Merchant Services. At the top of that page you'll see Tools for existing PayPal merchants. Just under that are the buttons. Click on the one you want to create and just follow the instructions. Once you're done creating the button you just highlight the html code and place it into your blog post, etc. Easy as that!!
