My best friend has BP disorder and I am also a Social worker who's worked with them for years. I know how difficult it can be. Hubby is rushing me out the door right now but just know that I am an ear for you anytime you need to vent! Hang in there and maybe try some white light visualizations with her.
I'm so happy that you are feeling better today. Whenever you need me I'm here okay?
