Blast from the Past and Datebooks...

I just had to share this with you all..because it really made my month. I ran into some friends from high school on Facebook..you will find me there as Sarah Sullivan. I was in an amazing choir group in high school... we even did a singing tour in Hawaii. My senior year we did a production of Grease...I was of course Rizzo. Cause lets face it - the bad girl is always more fun to play!! One of our members did the above program with drawings of each of us. She did a wonderful job! The one highlighted in blue is me. I was skinny then - lol!! Talk about a blast from the past!!!

I was lucky enough to do a second page for the wonderful 2010 date book!! This was a wonderful project and I really enjoyed being part of it this year. So here are my two pages..one for my Etsy shop and one for my blog here!!

Have a wonderful Thursday...whoo hoo almost Friday! Namaste, Sarah

We need more Scotties!!!! We need more Scotties! And, let's face it, those of us who always got the trollopy roles in our productions got them because we had the courage and confidence to pull it off!

Here's to playing the bad girls! I knew I loved you ;-)

Love the drawing Sarah and your entries in the Date Book. I finally got ours done. We are November 11

Reading your blast from the past gave me an idea, wouldn't it be cool to see pictures of all our friends when they were really young?

Hope you have a great day Sarah!

I'm so in awe of your wonderful drawings!!! I'm still stuck at kindergarten stick people!!! Maybe I need to try lessons from the book "Drawing from the Right Side of the Brain!"
And I see we share vocal music in our past... I was in a Madrigal Show Choir in high school. Good times, great memories. Thanks!

What amazing pictures!! I was in the plays and musicals in high school too.. unfortunately I hadn't had any voice lessons in high school so I never got a lead in the musicals, the plays were another story.

I LOVE your pages. The Christmas one is adorable! My sister saw this on your blog and you took a page too. I don't know what she is doing with it though.

Blessings,
Christine

Oh wow!!! Your pages for the diary are absolutely fabulous!!! I wanted to tell you too, that I received the 2 prints of your drawing and LOVE them!!!! I can not wait to get frames for them that will go with them better and they both will be hanging on my walls! I had gotten another frame, but it's just not right for them. Thank you so very much Sarah!!! I will cherish them both forever!!!
I can hardly wait to get the 2010 diary now and have those darling pages you did to look at as well!!!
