So..this is the last day of my vacation..or at least that was what it was suppose to be..uhmmmm not so much. More like..how very sick can you get in four days and then getter sicker still. By Thursday it had traveled down into my chest and totally knocked me on my butt. It was not until last night before the fever broke and I began to feel human again. So...today..I am again among the living and wanted to say a big thank you to all of you who left me such sweet get well comments..it really helped!!
I did drag my self around a bit yesterday in an effort to at least make the Fourth a bit of fun for the kiddos and got a few pictures taken. We used to live on the main street that runs through our town..where the all the parades go. I mean right on the street. It was a ZOO! Now we live a few blocks north (very quiet) and when the parades are done they circle around and most of the floats and horses go right in front of our house!! Which is very fun!!So we got a few snaps of what our normally quiet street looks like on the Fourth. Folks park up here and walk down town. It truly is the essence of a small town!! So despite feeling punk. we did manage to enjoy the day a bit!!

So glad you feel better Sarah. Sounds like you had what Heather had last week! The pictures are wonderful! I can see Main Street from my house and also live north of Main but we don't have beautiful parades like that! Wonderful flowers on the horse and love the whipped cream! Yum Yum
