Bird watching!

I posted this picture a while back - but I just love it!! We had 7 feet of snow last month and Tink, our cat took to bird watching inside rather than outside. We have two feeders right outside the window for the preschoolers to watch the birds come and go. The birds are used to the activity inside the window - drives Tink kitty crazy!!

LOVE the photo. Beautiful cat. Interesting and fun props all around him.

I often blog about the importance of keeping cats indoors at all times (it's tough to transition a cat to indoors after it's been allowed to roam outdoors; admittedly). There's just such a huge issue with our native birds, bats, etc., suffering from house-hold cats who are NOT native to the area killing them. {With coyotes and cars I'd be afraid to let my cats go outside.}

Richest blessings.

Thank you for the input Sun Tiger!!
We live in a very quiet neighborhood - but am always concerned about both issues. The props are from my preschoolers- lol - thus her reason for escaping outside! I will consider your advice though!! Thank you!!

Beautiful Kitty! From the backside she looks like my Nero, long passed on. Mine are now inside kitties too. Here in Tennessee they shoot cats just for fun.

Makes me miss my CC! She was a watcher also... rarely ever got the chance to catch anything, but she dreamt big and was a hunter in her fantasies.
Sweet photo!

Hey Sarah, thanks for stopping by and the kind comments!
That photo is too funny, I bet your Tink kitty could come up with some great ideas for those birds!
Happy hauntings, Gail

Hi Sarah,
About the calendar on my blog? I thought the same thing when I saw it on someone else's blog! Luckily you can easily add it to yours. Just click on my calendar and you will be taken to their site. I had to play around with the sizes a bit to get it to fit right.
Have fun!
Oh and I love the kitty! Aren't they sweet?

What a sweet photo...and a patient kitty! We have a dog who is a "squirrel watcher", well, actually the squirrels watch him!

Have a wonderfully creative week Sarah girl!

sweet sarah

I am so sorry to hear about your Mom.

I am very open to my family and told them when I first had cancer that they would never have to second guess my situation and that whatever or however I was feeling they would know. I never want them to have the horror of not knowing whether I am telling them the truth.

I believe in keeping it real not keeping it strong, as you can probably tell by now.

In your opinion (I'm thinking of my children here -- they are all adults) do you think it is better to keep it real. I'm asking because I know now that you have gone through this.

When you mentioned reiki, how would you send that over the airwaves? I have had imagery done.

By the way my daughter Angelique and my son Nathan are both Grade 7 teachers, my other daughter Nadalene is a city planner. Just wanted to share that as I see you are a teacher too.

Love Renee

Sarah, I would love the reiki, healing please and then pain relief, my bones, my back, you name it. xoxo

You were scapegoated by your siblings, because cancer is cancer and even if you don't know how bad it is, it is up to you to find out.

Thanks xoxoxo

Okay, start on the reiki now please. xoxo
